Bernard Durkan: I bow to the Deputy's superior knowledge of the rules of the House, but I must reiterate the rules of the House as they stand. I do not want to interrupt intermittently, but I must point out again that the procedure of the House is to address each amendment under discussion specifically and then to discuss them in general, if desired.
