Tommy Broughan: I concur with Deputy Deenihan on the important issue of speed cameras and with my colleague, Deputy O'Dowd's views on road safety. One of the problems with this and other enforcement issues is that they are passed between the Departments of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and Transport, as the Ceann Comhairle will be well aware.
