David Stanton: I have done that, Sir, and I am awaiting a response. The second matter is more serious. Yesterday, I received notice at 12.53 p.m. that a parliamentary questions rota had been decided. However, by the time we received notice of that decision, the deadline for submitting questions for oral answer had passed. I ask the Ceann Comhairle how this was allowed and how the matter can be resolved.
