Dick Roche: The Adare/ Patrickswell Sewerage Scheme is approved for construction in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007. My Department is awaiting submission of Limerick County Council's contract documents for the scheme. Once the contract documents are approved by the Department, the Council will be in a position to invite tenders for the construction phase.

Dick Roche: The Oughterard Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007 as a scheme to start construction in 2007. Further consideration will be given to Galway County Council's Preliminary Report for the scheme on receipt of the additional information my Department requested from the Council last month.
