Tom Brabazon: I will go back to the quality issue. If an expert from the Defence Forces is outlining the spec and it is to be done on a broader basis to achieve economies of scale, I presume there would have to be consultation with various defence forces in the EU to pick a particular spec for pieces of equipment.
