Mr. Magner stated that Coillte supplied its customers through good times and bad times, but it refused to enter into an agreement to supply either the saw mills, some power plants or anybody else. I understand that to be the case. Is that the case? Is that typical of the way the European forestry and timber industry functions or is it unusual?
