Bernard Durkan: The Kerry Group is located in Kildare, which is my constituency. It is the largest food ingredient company in the world and has locations around the globe in many more markets than all of its competitors. It is capable of competing on world markets and the Irish market. I congratulate the company on returning to invest in its own patch.

Bernard Durkan: I should be allowed to finish my sentence. The distinction between the courts and the Houses of the Oireachtas should be clarified in the course of debate on the Bill. At the same time, recognition should be given to the right of a Member of the Oireachtas to bear witness in court.
