Liam Twomey: When the Deputy was a member of this committee, I had an awful job in chairing him. When the Chair speaks, he must stop. That remains the rule, although the Deputy is no longer a member. I ask him to stick to the amendment and not create an atmosphere in which people become annoyed with one another. I ask him to tone down a little and stick to the amendment.
