Jim O'Callaghan: Can I ask the Governor some brief questions about the tracker mortgage examination in respect of which the bank has been very effective? Fines were imposed recently on KBC for breaches of the 2006 code and the other code. Did the Central Bank seek any legal advice as to whether KBC and-or other banks had engaged in criminal activity as opposed to merely breaches of codes?
