Bobby Aylward: But if it is a case that the cost for broadband is a multiple of the original quote, are we back to square one as we are with the children's hospital? If we start with a roll-out of a broadband network for €500 million could we end up paying €2 billion? This is being flippant about money that is saving us nothing: €1 billion is still €1 billion.
