Andrew Doyle: That is why I referred to the social welfare matter. Is that the most immediate way of dealing with that, rather than a compensation package?

Andrew Doyle: I would not normally do this and I am being told that perhaps I should not, but it is important that we get an understanding because we might need clarification here. We will only do this for a very brief time.

Andrew Doyle: That is another point. The issues are no receipts, upping the grant aid and having an upper limit on the pots.
