Rose Conway Walsh: I do not think insurers have enough contact with their customers in terms of that. Is there anything stopping insurers, as a matter of routine, from providing a five-year schedule to customers on how their premia and claims have been dealt with? I suggest that customers are given a five-year picture of their relationship with their insurers.
