Joe O'Reilly: Can I just make one observation, please? It is the case that all of the Minister's speeches since he became Minister for Foreign Affairs are consistently condemnatory of oppression. I just want to put that on the record. Perhaps Mr. O'Gorman will acknowledge that and then we can progress.
