Michael D'Arcy: I am not certain that the income multiple is not the issue. The multiple is a major problem for people. The Minister said that in some cases parents and family members were helping people with their deposits. They get over the deposit hurdle but then run into another hurdle and there is no way around the ratios that are applied there. There are two major hurdles.
