Hildegarde Naughton: I must advise the Deputy that all matters relating to vehicle registration tax, including the operation of the vehicle registration process carried out by Applus Car Testing Service, are matters for the Revenue Commissioners. Please note that the National Car Test (NCT) is an entirely separate function undertaken by Applus on behalf of the Road Safety Authority.
