Fergus O'Dowd: That is not good enough. If we are to fast-track the motorways which need to be built and the major infrastructural developments required in the economy, we must ensure they get through the planning and legal systems. The find at Carrickmines Castle held up the extension of the M50 for God knows how long and the M3 could take a long time to complete. We want the Minister to take action now.
