Paul Kehoe: A parliamentary question I tabled has been disallowed. I asked the Minster for Transport the action he will take following the recent "Prime Time Investigates" programme on the haulage industry. The question was disallowed on the basis that the Minister has no responsibility for this area and that it is a matter for the Road Safety Authority. Does the Minister have responsibility for anything?
