Denis O'Donovan: I can see where the Senator is coming from, but most of the points she is making are amply covered with in the other 70 or 80 amendments that must be dealt with.

Denis O'Donovan: If they are not relevant to the section, the Minister of State does not have to answer them. We cannot have a plethora of questions referring to subsequent amendments or sections when it is more appropriate to deal with them at a later stage.
