Enda Kenny: It is possible to estimate it but I assume there might be an opportunity to have some approximate estimate of what it might cost in 2017. When the sole member takes up duty - I think the tribunal will probably be held in Dublin Castle - he might be able to give a position as to what he might expect the overall costs to be for 2017, but it is impossible to put an accurate figure on it.
