Michael Harty: Dr. Doyle referred to the fact that doctors are not seen as a valuable resource so we will look at the health service and say that beds are a valuable resource, diagnostics are a resource and the infrastructure in our hospitals is a resource. Is Dr. Doyle saying that healthcare professionals, our doctors, are not seen as a valuable resource?
