Michael Healy-Rae: It is legislation. It is with regard to the Government's proposal to abolish our town councils which I believe to be a disgraceful decision and a very retrograde step.

Michael Healy-Rae: It will hurt many of the people in the Taoiseach's own party and they are very upset with what the Government is doing. I am asking about the electoral (amendment) Bill. I wish to comment on the disgraceful way the Minister involved would not meet the mayor of Killarney who wanted to discuss making a special case for Killarney. He refused even to meet him. This is a disgrace.
