Kieran O'Donnell: If a person who is seeking an exemption or a deferral files his or her return on 7 May or 28 May, when will he or she have to write to the Revenue Commissioners to that effect? I refer to people living in houses affected by pyrite, people with certain categories of disability and people entitled to compensation.
