Mary Harney: I have met developers many times over the past year and I would be a very naive and foolish member of the Government if I were not aware of the proposals which people have. The selection of any particular project is a matter subject to public tendering and for the HSE, as the Deputy knows.

Mary Harney: With regard to the project, I also met 12 of the hospital consultants, the director of nursing and the representative of the board of management.
