Michael McCarthy: The purpose of this meeting is to consider the heads of the maritime area and foreshore (amendment) Bill 2013. The Deputy has raised pertinent issues with regard to planning, and perhaps in our 2014 work plan we will invite An Bord Pleanála before the committee to discuss those specific issues, if the Deputy agrees.
