Emmet Stagg: On the same issue, that is not the information Members have been given previously. Members had been informed its status had been advanced from that position and that the Attorney General is dealing with it. The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform was to deal with it and Members had requested that it be moved from the latter Department because it never would have emerged from it.
