Jan O'Sullivan: In resuming the debate, my first point is that the Taoiseach's response to Leaders' Questions is a very clear indication of the totally irresponsible decisions made, particularly with regard to the banks' guarantee, which clearly has left the entire country in a state of hock to a zombie bank.
