Emmet Stagg: On the same issue, three Ministries are involved in this issue. By far the busiest Ministry as far as legislation is concerned is the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. Given that it would be extremely difficult for the Department to give priority to the Bill in question, I ask the Taoiseach to review which Department is sponsoring the legislation.
