Joan Burton: The person concerned is in receipt of carer’s allowance (CA) at a reduced rate of payment from 17 April 2003. The person concerned has requested a review and submitted additional evidence in support of this review. The review is currently being processed and once completed, the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.

Joan Burton: The last internal competitions which were run for promotion to the Higher Executive Officer and Assistant Principal Officer grades within the Department of Social Protection had a closing date of September 2013. This pre-dated the changes in eligibility rules referred to, which were introduced in January 2014.
