Enda Kenny: I propose to take Questions Nos. 1 and 2 together. The Government re-established the Cabinet committee on justice reform in May 2016 to provide political oversight of the delivery of the commitments in the programme for a partnership Government to reform the policing, justice and legal systems and related issues.
