Bernard Durkan: Amendment No. 2 in the name of Deputy Donnelly is out of order for the reasons to which I referred earlier. The amendment contains a proposal to limit maternity benefit payable in order to confine the aggregate of benefit and pay it to a level that does not exceed the level of emoluments paid to the recipient immediately prior to receipt of maternity benefit.
