Frank Feighan: I believe that technology should be used more. Is there a need to extend the use of alcolocks? Gardaí should be visible but they could be doing better things. It may help reduce the Garda presence if we had alcolocks or some other technology. We have speed cameras which are helping to reduce deaths on the road and the obligation for gardaí to be standing by the side of a road....
