Shane McEntee: I wish to adjourn the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following issue of urgent national importance: the lack of adequate forward or contingency planning to meet the pressing need for school places at Laytown national school in September 2007. Some 103 children have been told that they will have a place and as yet there is no contingency plan.
