Written Answers — Department of Health: Medical Aids and Appliances (28 Sep 2022): Stephen Donnelly: The HSE has statutory responsibility for pricing and reimbursement decisions under the community schemes, in accordance with the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013. Therefore, this matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
