Paschal Donohoe: I am satisfied that my Department is implementing Circular 4/2013 Career Break Scheme in the Civil Service. The Department facilitates staff returning from Career Break when they wish to return and has no instances where a career break has been extended unnecessarily due to not having an appropriate vacancy.
