Eugene Murphy: I remind Members they have a six-and-a-half minute slot with 30 seconds to introduce the question and the Minister having two minutes in which to reply. The Deputy has a minute for a supplementary question, the Minister has one minute to reply and this is followed by a final supplementary question and final reply. I say this because I want everybody to stick to the time limit.
