Jim O'Callaghan: I thank the Commissioner and his team for coming. It is important to state at the outset that the political system called for a lot of reports into Garda reform. Most of us supported the recommendations. One of the main recommendations was structural reform. I wish to recognise that. On this side of the table we must be consistent in what we look for and acknowledge when it is delivered....
