John Gormley: The Delvin Sewerage Scheme has been approved for funding under my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007-2009 as part of the Serviced Land Initiative at an estimated cost of €4.3 million. My Department is awaiting additional information requested from Westmeath County Council in relation to the Council's Design Review Report for the scheme.

Westmeath County Council's Preliminary Report for the scheme is being examined in my Department and is being dealt with as quickly as possible.
