As regards where Mr. Kavanagh has moved on to, I would be concerned about that structure going forward. Someone who served on a board that deals with public funding is now in situ in a semi-private entity, or is it fully private?

I am not at all happy with that. That should be prevented by public servants, including me, for future positions to ensure there is transparency and full accountability.
