Ulick Burke: I would like to ask the Tánaiste about the matter in the context of the proposed environment (miscellaneous provisions) Bill. Will the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government intervene in the granting of a licence by the EPA? The disposal of asbestos in this country is one of the most serious issues with which we have to deal.
