Heather Humphreys: It is standard practice. In the case of the Picture Palace project, I very much agree it needs to be finished. It is the right thing to do, as I said at another committee meeting, and a lot of money has gone into it. Heather Humphreys: As I said, a review is under way. I gave a commitment to provide assistance of €2 million towards construction of the centre. That money is sitting there pending the outcome of the review. It is up to the council to come forward; I do not have any input whatsoever into that.
