Michael McGrath: I wish to raise the issue of the customers of Ulster Bank who have been affected for the past week by the IT failure. The timeline for the resolution of these issues keeps shifting and the matter is having serious implications for the more than 100,000 customers of the bank and perhaps of other banks.
