John Deasy: How many special meetings were there? The letter from the interim administrator talks about a special meeting in February of 2013. These minutes are of a meeting held on 25 March 2013. Therefore, the matter was discussed twice. Did Mr. Conlan miss both meetings? Would Mr. O'Brien confirm I am reading that correctly? Is it a typographical error?
