Alex White: I have had enquiries made of the HSE regarding this matter. The HSE has advised that its Local Health Manager in Cavan/Monaghan commissioned a review into the case. The review is at an advanced stage but certain issues of consent are still to be addressed. In the circumstances, the HSE has been asked to respond further to the Deputy in this matter.
