Liam Twomey: Members on the Government side should stay quiet when other Members are speaking. There has been a sense of arrogance displayed by Government representatives during the day. Perhaps they should stand up and make speeches themselves if they wish to do so.

Liam Twomey: I conclude by thanking not just the staff of the House, but every civil servant in every Department for the work they do. I wish the Minister well. The problem with our political system is it is very adversarial and we acknowledge that in the debate. That is how the system works.
