Brian Leddin: I very much appreciate the Minister's answer. I do not think any of us wants to stand over a situation where hedgerows are being ripped out in front of our eyes. We know the consequences of that from the point of view of the environment, the protection of nature and carbon sequestration. The issue should be a very high priority for us, for political reasons if for no other reason.
