Barry Cowen: I tabled a parliamentary question seeking data on consultancy fees incurred by the CER in recent years. Last year in the area of electricity the figure was €2.6 million, in the area of gas it was almost €1 million, in petroleum it was €1.5 million and in water it was €300,000.
