Mary White: This is a serious issue for small companies in the domestic economy, not for those exporting or for bigger companies. If someone is out sick from a company that employs two or three people, the employer must pay for that. It is not thought out and the cracks in the unnatural coalition between Fine Gael and the Labour Party are apparent.
