Joe Carey: To follow on what Deputy Collins said, and I accept it is a new fund, up to 38 projects were approved under the first call. I understand it is multi-annual and these are major projects. Have any of the 38 projects run into trouble and are any in a position where they will be unable to deliver? What would happen to the funding then? Would it be reallocated?
