If I go home tonight and run into a checkpoint, a few pass and I am one that is pulled in, am I blowing into a breathalyser and getting drug tested or is at the discretion of the gardaí at that point? This is just a checkpoint. It has nothing to do with-----

Duncan Smith: The resourcing is the same and there is no difference between them. The Garda has enough testing capacity for both alcohol and drugs.
