Common Agricultural Policy: Discussion (22 Jan 2019) Rose Conway Walsh: Mr. Hayes stated that everyone in AEOS had the opportunity to transition to GLAS. Some of them were not suitable for GLAS and that scheme was not an option for many of them. This is quite serious. Mr. Hayes is saying they will have no scheme available to them until after January 2021. They must operate for the whole of this year and next year without anything to replace AEOS.
